I guess you mean you have a Three network phone and would like to call a Sri Lankan number?

Sri Lanka is 290878 and is only 8p/min to landlines and 10p/min to Sri Lankan mobiles.

can i use your service on vodafone

Note that on 3 mobiles you must be in 3G coverage to be using Three’s network. If you are not in 3G coverage then the service will not work as Three share another network as they only have a 3G network.
