If I just dial, how do I pay
for the calls I make? Who bills me?
When you make a call via Just-Dial you only pay for calling
one of the uk Just-Dial access numbers. Your service provider
will charge you - not us. We are then credited part of the
cost of each call. Justdial can be used from any phone, mobile,
cable or landline, any provider.
How does it work? BT v Justdial
For example, if you made a 10 minute call to South Africa
in the evening using Justdial from a BT phone, then next
time you got your BT bill you would see a call to our 0844
number, a duration of 10 minutes and a charge of only 50p and
absolutely no charges by us. Simple! A direct international
call to South Africa with BT would have cost £4.14 even
with friends and family! £3.64 more!
Just by dialling 0844 570 7257 before the international
number saves you £3.64! An 88% saving.
And remember, use Justdial from any phone, either mobile,
cable or landline, with any provider.
A call to South Africa using Justdial
would cost you the same as calling a national UK number.
Justdial 0870 794 7257 (wkdays) 0844 570 7257 (5p wkend)+
the number to call. Many insurance companies and other
businesses in the UK use 0870 numbers now. You can call
South Africa and many other countries for the same as calling
your insurance company in the UK!
A 10 minute call to South Africa with BT

Remember: Using the Just-Dial instant service you
will still pay BT for calling our 0871 or other access number,
but you'll pay them less for making the same calls as they
are rerouted through JustDial! There are no extra charges
from Just-Dial or Calls4u.
If you're not with BT you need to check with your service
provider how much they will charge for calls made to the
Just-Dial access numbers. Some mobile service providers even
bundle some of the Just-Dial access numbers into certain
free minutes packages. If you are thinking of using a Just-Dial
access number from your mobile phone please first check the
charges with your mobile service provider.
