Why doesn't the service work sometimes on a Three phone? On a three mobile you currently have to be in a 3G coverage area to use our Dialacode service.
(Usually shows the 3G symbol on your mobile phone screen)

When you go out of Three 3G coverage our service will continue to show "sorry your call can not be completed at the moment, please try again later"

We have no control over this. Unfortunately if you live outside the Three 3G network you will not be able to connect to Dialacode from home. You may use our landline service found here or you could buy an Orange pay as you go sim card, which Dialacode works on in all Three and Orange 3G and 2G areas.

You may need to have your phone 'unlocked' to use another network sim - this should only cost around £5-£10 and the savings made on our service will pay for it several times over. Alternatively, place the sim in an old phone or purchase a cheap pay as you go Orange phone.
